Privacy Policy

Sales and Exchange Policy:

The purpose of this policy is to define the terms and conditions of distance selling between la gallería.vip and you from  date of order, to payment until delivery and exchange.

The items offered by la gallería.vip  are those appearing on la gallería.vip, on the day the customer consults the page. The items are offered for sale while stocks last. The items offered are described as accurately as possible, however if an error or omission were to be present in the description of an item, la gallería.vip cannot be held liable.

At la gallería.vip, we do not offer refund. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 10 days for exchange.

The customer has 10 days AND ONLY 10 DAYS from receipt of the order to request a return and send it back to us, by contacting la gallería.vip customer service at the address: info@lagalleria.vip

In 10 days, you are invited to send your items back to us –at your cost.  Simply send us an email at info@lagalleria.vip and detail your request for return.

Let us know which item(s) you wish to return from your order; after review by our experience team, a confirmation email to accept your return for exchange will be sent to you to proceed.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer and must be returned in their original packaging. An item returned by the customer must be in perfect saleable condition with original tags intact. An item received stained, damaged, worn, washed, torn or dirty will not be exchanged. We reserve the right to charge you if the return is incomplete or goods are damaged or without tags.

We accept a single exchange request on the same order. An exchange is not covered by our services, the shipping costs remain at the customer's expense.

Return costs remain at the customer's expense, regardless of the reason, except for defective items and order errors on the part of our team. If the item received by the customer is not the one you ordered, the exchange and the new shipment cost will be on us.

Beauty items and Accessories are not exchanged. A return that does not take into account our T&Cs will not be accepted for exchange.

If the customer does not request a return beforehand by contacting us at info@lagalleria.vip ,within 10 days of the date of receipt, while respecting our T&Cs for exchange, no exchange will be accepted!

No exceptions to our non-compliant return conditions will be tolerated!

 

Delivery Country:

La gallería.vip offers delivery services of its products exclusively within Lebanon. In the event of political instability or conflict, we may temporarily suspend delivery for safety reasons.

Pricing policy and currency:

Prices are presented in American Dollars (USD) including VAT, excluding delivery and return costs, which remain at the customer's expense, except under special conditions described above in Sales and Exchange policy section. La gallería.vip reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without the customer being informed in advance.

The customer can obtain an invoice with his order, at his request.

  • Personal Details:

    • Shows customer’s details and shipping saved addresses.

  • My Account:

    • Shows account’s details.
